Saiyee

Life comes in a package. This package includes happiness and sorrow, failure and success, hope and despair. Life is a learning process. Experiences in life teach us new lessons and make us a better person. With each passing day we learn to handle various situations.

Love
Love plays a pivotal role on out life. Love makes you feel wanted. Without love a person could go hayward and also become cruel and ferocious. In the early stage of our life, our parents are the ones who shower us with unconditional love and care, they teach us about what is right and wrong, good and bad. But we always tend to take this for granted. It is only after marriage and having kids that a person understands and becomes sensitive to others feelings. Kids make a person responsible and mature and help us to understand life better.

Happiness and Sorrow
Materialistic happiness is short-lived, but happiness achieved by bringing a smile on others face gives a certain level of fulfillment. Peace of mind is the main link to happiness. No mind is happy without peace. We realize the true worth of happiness when we are in sorrow. Sorrow is basically due to death of a loved one, failure and despair. But these things are temporary and pass away.

Failure and Success
Failure is the path to success. It helps us to touch the sky, teaches us to survive and shows us a specific way. Success brings in money, fame, pride and self-respect. Here it becomes very important to keep our head on out shoulder. The only way to show our gratitude to God for bestowing success on us is by being humble, modest, courteous and respectful to the less fortunate ones.

Hope and Despair
Hope is what keeps life going. Parents always hope their children will do well. Hope makes us dream. Hope builds in patience. Life teaches us not to despair even in the darkest hour, because after every night there is a day. Nothing remains the same we have only one choice keep moving on in life and be hopeful.
Life teaches us not to regret over yesterday, for it has passed and is beyond our control. Tomorrow is unknown, for it could either be bright or dull. So the only alternative is work hard today, so that we will enjoy a better tomorrow.

If we want to use our money wisely, we need to shop carefully. We need to know how to compare the prices of things in different shops. We need to be able to compare the quality of different brands. We need to know how to make a choice when we shop.

We make choices every day in our life. Knowing how to make such choices is a "life skill", and we need these skills if we are to live usefully and happily.

Some of these choices are small. For example, Will I take an apple for lunch or a pear? Will I go to school by bus or on foot? Will I wear the red T-shirt or the blue one to the movies? Other choices are more important. For example, will I eat healthy food for lunch or will I eat junk food because it is tastier? Will I work hard in all my classes or will I only work hard in the classes I enjoy?

We have to realize that the choices we make can affect the rest of our lives. Just as importantly, our choices can also affect other people. The next time when you play a joke on someone or talk loudly at the cinema, think about this: Who else does your choice affect?

LUCK OR HARD WORK?

Is it luck or hard work that brings success? The answer is "hard work". One's efforts bring him success and not his luck. It is said, "Triumphs don't come without efforts."

Luck favors only those who help themselves. The harder you work, the luckier you get. A man works day and night giving up all his play and delight and moves ahead to earn success and when he earns it people call it luck. This excellence is not luck in fact, but the result of a lot of hard work. Any idea cannot become a success unless we work hard on it.

Today we are leading a happy and comfortable life due to hard work of someone else. We have bulbs to remove the darkness in a room; this is possibly by hard work of Edison. We chat over phone with our friends, which has resulted by hard work of Alexander Graham Bell.

The world lifts its hats up to one who puts 50 percent of their efforts and on its head for those few souls who devote 100 percent. "Success accompanies only those who work hard and not the ones who hardlywork."

How College Is Different from High School

College really is the best time of your life. It is a time to be involved in everything your college or university has to offer. When you reach your 30s ,you will likely look back at your college experience and wish you really could do it all over again.

Balance academic and social life is difficult .This balance is something that most likely your parents helped you with in high school ,you can nolonger rely on your parents for structture ,rules ,or academic motivation. All of these are now in your hands.Being at college can be socially overwhelming .An array of everything and weekend activities is open to you ,including lectures ,organization events ,formals ,dorm events ,and of course, parties. In addition, many students go to schools in a place they have not lived in before,so a lot of time is spent exploring your new surroundings. Some students become so involed in social activities that they neglect their academics. While it is good to explore new surroundings and take advantage of social opportunities, you should cut out time to focus on your studies. Some students find it helpful to spend their study tine in the school library, where they can focus without any niterruption. Forming study groups with peers from your classes can also be extremely helpful, as well as agreeing on a daily "study time" with your roommate, where your dorm room will adopt the atmosphere of the library. (Your school life )

When you are in high school, your parents are often there to stand between you and temptation. Once parents are removed from the equation, you are left with you and your choices. Just because your parents said you could not do something dose not mean you cannot do it. However, this is where personal choice and responsibility come in. Once you in college, in many ways you are considered as an adult. You might have been exposed to some of these things in high school, but the “barrier” of your parents rules made decisions easier. You now must choose how to balance your academic and social life. You make all of your own decisions, and you are responsible for the consequences. Remember that being an adult dose not mean you need to figure everything out by yourself. Gathering information about these and other decisions, and talking to parents, siblings and friends can help you make these important decisions. Most campuses also have counselors and healthcare workers available to provide information and a listening ear. (making your own choices)
